POWER OF FITNESS AND MIND.
Being a soccer, hockey, gymnastics and cheer mom as well as a competitor and coach myself has kept me active in the fitness community across Alaska most of my life. One of my passions in life is to watch people achieve their dreams. This can mean racing a remote control car that you designed or built, that you are the champion in martial arts, that you can bench press the most weight, or race the fastest on your bicycle. There are no limits or boundaries to what people can accomplish and we want them to see the vast opportunity out there for them in all areas. The opportunities endless. Sincerely, Lanet Spence.
I am Autumn Bentz, Alaskan born, Wasilla resident for the past 15 years. My passion for all things horses kept me active as a youth, but I struggled finding a traditional sport I could get excited about. I discovered weight lifting in my early 20’s and was hooked! I loved that even though I was a small girl, I could also be incredibly strong! This led to competing in local and national Bikini, Bodybuilding, Figure and fitness shows. I have also competed with my horse Dandy, in The Bald Mountain Butt Buster, a competitive trail ride here in the Valley. I am so excited to help others, especially children find the activities that they can be passionate about!
I am Teresa Moss, a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised in Palmer, Alaska. I have always been very active and love the outdoors. I grew up in 4-H and love that animals can be a part of an active lifestyle. Track, cheerleading, basketball and weightlifting were passions in school. Now I am a fitness athlete, personal trainer and Bootcamp instructor. My real passion is helping those recover from injury and stagnation as well as weight loss in older and adolescents caught up in this gaming, social media world they are trapped in. I truly believe there is something athletic for everyone and love seeing people of all ages excel and be empowered by it.
